Not sure what to say?

Chad the Ohio State University senior capstone mentor with some of his students.

Chad was a professional contact - as a sponsor for several Ohio State University senior capstone projects. He was beloved by the students he mentored over the years and was always a champion for their ideas. He had a special way of framing feedback in a positive way to keep the students on task and motivated. Sending thoughts and prayers to the GOAT of capstone mentors, RIP Chad!

Ralph and Paula; I am deeply saddened to hear of the loss of your loved one. I can't imagine how it feels to lose a child/son. My thoughts and prayers are with you during your time of loss. Cherish the many memories you will hold forever in your hearts. God's blessings upon you and your loved ones.

I will always remember his smile. Whenever I went sailing I would think of Chad and Marsha. My thoughts and prayers are with his family.

Ralph, Paula and Marsha May God bless you and your family in this time of sorrow. Peace to you!

I cannot speak I cannot cry For the sun has dried by eyes I sat by the sea to write this Saw a sailboat and thought of days not long ago We shared some good times you and I But not enough and all I have are memories to look forward to now You have left us too soon. -SB

My condolences to all the Aerts family. I had the very joyful experience of serving as Chad´s principal at Pentwater Schools. I only have fond memories of him and the leadership qualities that he shared for all who came in contact with him Much of these qualities were instilled in him by parents Paula and Ralph. Thanks for sharing him with me! I will miss him now that he is on his journey to and with the Lord in Heaven. I will always have him and family in my prayers. My blessings on Chad...
