Not sure what to say?

I worked with Chad briefly but intensely on a startup project years ago. He was a great person to have on your team. Bright, talented, creative, and resourceful, he was friendly and witty even under pressure and he got things done. I am very sorry to learn of his passing and I am sorry to not be able to work with him again. I wish his family all the best and am sorry for their difficult times.

Chad is a friend from Shattuck and I had been most recently in contact with him on Facebook. I am sorry to hear of his passing. Peace and strength at this difficult time.

I am so saddened and surprised to hear this news. I am a long retired English teacher from Shattuck-St. Mary’s School. I knew Chad as a student there and contacted him years later to help me program a grammar text with games i had written in retirement for the internet. Chad was a brilliant programmer; we worked closely for many years and made money selling the program to private schools. I talked to Chad just last month to get an English teacher at DeLaSalle HS here in the Twin Cities...

Though we had not spoken in a distressingly long time, I remember Chad as a great friend and good man. I am deeply sorry to hear of his passing.
