Chad, you have physically left us, but your spirit will always be here. I know I'll always feel your presence here at KSU, as I STILL see you everywhere. Thanks for the great memories, "buddy." My sincerest condolences to you all, Gerbick family.

I met Chad at my very first USAC meeting in a "getting to know you" exercise that required you interview another person and find 5 things that you had in common with them. Today I know how truly blessed I was meeting Chad that first day. I will always remember his smile and chuckle. Anyone who met Chad will miss him. May God's light shine upon him and may he rest in peace.

Dear Bev, Family and All the Gerbicks,
Chad and I went to school together in Avon. I have such good memories of our years together at Avon High School. Chad had a smile and a sence of humor unlike anyone else I knew. My thoughts and prayers are with all of you. We have lost a good and gentle man.
Love,

I worked with Chad for more than 18 years at Kent State and am truly saddened and shocked by his passing. Chad was a great guy with a great sense of humor and was always a bright spot at KSU. The things I remember most about Chad were his laugh and his love for his family. His family was his life. You could tell it by just being near him when they were around. My thoughts and prayers are with them now and I feel honored to have known Chad.

I was so shocked to hear about Chad. I have always considered him a terrific co-worker and a true friend. I will forever miss his smiling face and silly sence of humor. My deepest sympathy to his entire family.

Hi Mrs. G & family, sorry to hear about Mr. G. He always made me smile everytime I saw him. You guys were like a second family to us growing up. At any event he told me I was the best one there, it was kinda an ongoing joke. I love you guys and he will be missed by all!
