Chad passed away on Wednesday, June 28, 2017. Chad was a resident of Kentucky. A celebration of Chads life will take place on Saturday July 15 2017 from 1pm until 5pm at the Village of Beechgrove Clubhouse at 4183 Elmwood Court Independence KY 41051.
May the God of all comfort strengthen the family during this time of deep sorrow. Those who pass on, God keeps in his memory because they are precious in his eyes.
