I will never forget the honor I had working with Chad at Stellas. As a very inexperienced restaurant employee, he brought me under his wing and gave me the opportunity to grow. His mentorship came with the utmost respect and encouragement. There wasn't a day I came into work were he didn't openly express to the guy's how happy he was that I was on the team.
