Not sure what to say?

I am not unlike Dan from Milwaukee who was for some reason (listening to a song?) looking via the internet to see if I could locate Chad. I am just beside myself; I have an enormous lump in my throught and tears running down my face after seeing that he has passed away.

I attended school with Chad at UWM and was so very touched by his wit and sensitivity. Not only wise for his age, he was architectural talent in the making.

To his family and close friends...I am so...

Connie and family,
I'm am so sorry to hear about your loss. I just happened to come across this. I haven't seen your family in many years, but I remember Chad being a great guy. Holly and I would always check up on him and try to listen to the same music he did when we were young.
Again, I am so sorry. Chad and your family are in my thoughts and prayers.

I attended architecture school with Chad. We were in the same design studio together for a semester and formed a great friendship from that point on. We had a lot in common including music, books and appreciation for nature. I lost touch with him after he went to France, and I always meant to reconnect with him. Today at work and I heard a song from an artist that he had introduced me to and I thought of Chad. Work was a bit slow so I decided to Google his name and see if I could finally...

Family & Friends,
I know the world seems a less creative happy place with the passing of Chad. Although we had not seen eachother since graduation, everytime I thought of those years of my life I couldn't help but think of Chad! We had many good times in the art room, down @ the Ave. or simply around town. He was a great friend & will always be in my heart. He was a openminded loving boy & seemed to have carried those qualities into his adulthood. We were all blessed to have...

Chad was one of the first people I met when I moved to the Midwest, and has always been one of the only people that could make me laugh as hard as he always did. He has always had a very special place in my heart for those reasons. Though I haven't seen him in the past 6 years, everytime I would stop and wonder what he was up to, I would find myself grinning. His wit, humor and intelligence made him very special, and his passing hurt and shocked me incredibly. My thoughts are with you. ...

Dear Connie and Jim. So sorry to hear of the sad news. While I didn't know Chad, it is easy to see through the entries here that he knew how to enjoy life and spread that joy to others. As a new mom, that is what you pray your child learns to do. My thoughts and prayers are with you.
— Angie from art class.

We were so sorry to hear about Chad. He will remain a part of all of your lives. Treasure your memories.
You are all in our thoughts and prayers.

Dear Shellabarger family;

I first met Chad when I started playing soccer with the Black Lungs many years ago. He was a fun loving, kind person with great humor and an exceptional striker with his commanding skills in headers...

I am very saddened to hear his loss, he will be missed...

My deepest sympathy to all his family, friends and loved ones
