Send Flowers 1988 - 2014 Chad Slaughter 26, of Beaumont passed Nov. 03, 2014. Services will be Nov. 15, 2014 at Mt. Rose Baptist Church 1205 Gladys St. Beaumont. Visitation will begin at 9AM until funeral at 11AM. Interment will be in Forest Lawn Cemetery. Cherishing his memories are parents: Patrick Slaughter and Vanessa Davis-Shield (Miller).
