To Honor the Memory of
Mr. Chad Eric Smith
Mr. Chad Eric Smith, age 31, of Hanover, Indiana, Chad entered this life on April 26, 1974, in Madison, Indiana, the son of Charles D. Smith & Donna K. Devault Dewaelsche. He resided all of his life in Jefferson County and was a 1993 graduate of Southwestern High School. He was united in marriage on Sept. 6, 2003, at the Bedford Kentucky Baptist Church to Amanda Stethen to this union arrived one daughter to bless this home. He was a former employee of Ameriform where he had worked as a quality control inspector, Rivervalley Technology where he worked as a supervisor & Arvin Sango as a line worker. He enjoyed playing softball, horse shoes, I U basketball, Poker, motorcycles, playing with his daughter, nieces & nephews. Chad died Saturday, March 4, 2006 at 11:00 am at his residence.

Chad will be missed by his wife: Amanda Smith of Milton, Kentucky; his daughter: Molly Evonne Smith of Milton, Kentucky; his step daughter: Lilly Ann Ruth Adcock of Milton, Kentucky; his mother: Donna Devault Dewaelsche of Hanover, Indiana; his father & step mother: Charlie & Susan Smith of Madison, Indiana; his brothers & sister in law: Travis & Amy Smith of Hanover, Indiana; Brad Reed of Madison, Indiana; Will Smith of Madison, Indiana; his step grandma: Helen Keller of Madison, Indiana; several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins & other relatives.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents: Fred & Thelma Smith; Ralph & Hazel DeBaun Devault; his step grandpa: Walter George "Bud" Keller; his aunt & uncles: Tessa Sue Pursley; James Leroy "Sarge" Smith; Phillip Edward Cole & Larry E. Pursley.
FUNERAL CEREMONY
Funeral services will be conducted Friday, March 10, 2 006 at 1:00 pm, by Rev. Michael Cammack at the Morgan & Nay Funeral Centre, 325 Demaree Drive, Madison, Indiana. Interment will follow in the Hanover Cemetery, Hanover, Indiana.
VISITATION
Friends may call Thursday from 4-8pm at the Morgan & Nay Funeral Centre, 325 Demaree Drive Madison, Indiana.
