Not sure what to say?

Three years have passed now and I miss you now more than ever. Love, Kevin

Dear Peggy, Kevin and family,
We will miss Big Daddy. It’s hard to believe he’s gone but not forgotten.
I will always remember the fond memories of him. I would like to share some of my favorites.

First off, I have know Big Daddy since he was 75 years young living on Bigelow Avenue where my friend Avery lived. We are both concierge in the city and Ambassadors of Seattle for over 25 years.

Chad used to hire me to help with the Bigelow Bash held every year on...

Dear Peggy,
What an obit! What a man! What a legacy! What a beautiful home you made on Bigelow Avenue! It was always a tradition: when we arrived from Oregon, my family and I loved going upstairs to see the view and visit with you & Chad for hours. He enjoyed telling stories of his adventures growing up as a young man in Seattle. I found them fascinating! We are all proud to have known Big Daddy. Our hearts go out to you and your family in your time of sorrow.

Dear Peggy, Kevin and family,
As a young boy, I used to visit Seattle quite often and stayed with my Aunt WeeZy. One summer, I attended a swim camp held at the University of Washington, Chad’s alma mater. When Aunt WeeZy had to work in the mornings, Chad drove me to my camp and picked me up afterwards.
He was happy to do it since it brought him back to his U-Dub college days.
He told me about some great cinematic classics he wanted to share with me. So we grabbed some food...

Dear Peggy, We will miss Chad very much. He was one in a million and he (and you) were such great friends to my sister, Louise. I loved going upstairs with Megan to visit and just look out the windows at the view. Megan sure loved showing Chad all her trinkets and awards. Chad was so great with Alex when Alex went to the UW swim camp and stayed afternoons with Chad. They watched some great old classics including Citizen Kane and I think Tom Sawyer - Alex learned his love of the classics...

One of my favorite photos of Big Daddy and me. I just arrived in Seattle with WeeZy. He was taking a break from painting the fence and always happy to see me.
xo Megan.

Thank you Big Daddy for always showing an interest in my life. We have known each other for as long as I have been on this earth, which has been 22 years. Here we are together as I am proudly showing you all the pins I collected when I volunteered at Special Olympics USA Games held in Seattle. I loved coming up your back porch on Bigelow all by myself to say hi to you and Peggy. Remember when you took us to the park to feed the bunnies...then we got a hamburger at Burger-Master? I used to...

Prayers, hugs and much love for you Peggy, Kevin and your family---I knew "Big Daddy" through my good friend Louise (Weezie) who lived downstairs and adores you all--he was larger than life!

Dear Peggy and Kevin,

I was so sorry to hear about Tad's passing. Tad was not only a close friend to my mom and dad but also a friendly presence through out my entire life. He was a kind, entertaining, gentleman. Tad will be missed by me but not forgotten.
