Not sure what to say?

I remember his calming effect on all his patients. He sincerely cared about all of them and will be greatly missed by many. He was such an excellent mentor and role model. I send my heartfelt condolences to his family.

I remember how thoughtful and kind he was He was a mentor to me and I gained so much confidence because of his calm and reassuring demeanor. I will greatly miss him. My condolences to his family and friends.

I have had the honor of serving Dr. Cornelius as his assistant for almost 20 years until he retired.
He used to say to me, "after all these years of assisting me in surgery Paula, you could do this!"
Our families became friends as two different life styles merged in respect for one another.
My family have missed his gentle, kind, but thorough exam when visiting him as a physician.
I have often heard, "Chalmers Cornelius,MD is a Mainline Legend."

My condolences to the Cornelius Family for your loss. I started going to Dr. Cornelius over 32 years ago and am still going to his practice today! - Patti Paradise Angelos

Dr. Cornelius helped me through some rough times with acne at late 20's early 30's. He always made me feel important and helped my anxiety about my treatment. It worked!! Glad I knew him.

A Superman among men. Our leader, mentor, advisor, physician, father figure, comedian, athlete, traveler, storyteller, advocate, financial guru and critic. CEC could talk with anyone about anything! He loved his patients, especially the 7:00am arrivals.
He was kind, compassionate and treated others as friends. His life was full and he included us in his memory making. Such a blessing.
Loving thoughts to all his family members.
He will be missed!

He was an excellent doctor who was punctual and started at the crack of dawn. He was always impeccably dressed. Every visit to him was interesting as well as healing. Anne Gallagher, Bryn Mawr
