Not sure what to say?

My thoughts and prayers are with you all.
I will always remember Chalmers for his warmth, humor and tack-sharp wit. The MacCormick household was a place where Lili and Chalmers' love shone in every corner, and resonated out into their community of friends and aquaintances. Chalmers, you are missed. Lili and family, you are dear to my heart always.

John

I think of you all with love and sympathy at the time of your loss. Chalmers. as the head of your family remains an important part of my memories. I fondly remember the lovely holiday visits that you all hosted. Chalmers' bright intellect and varied interests were a consistant source of joy, interest, and I always learned something. Our families began a link at birth that has lasted for two generations, so far.
With love and sympathy,

Clarence Reed

I am deeply saddened by the loss of your patriarch, Chalmers. His intellect and enduring smile will be sorely missed. The relationship of our family and yours over the decades has always been a sweet personal example for me for love, peace, and harmony. I know this loving family's way of life would not have been possible without the union of hearts of Chalmers and Lili. I/we have always been blessed to have had the MacCormicks as part of our life experience.
Love to you all.

Although I graduated from Wells in 1966 and last lived in Aurora in 1980, I've thought of the MacCormicks over the years with respect and affection. I'll be thinking of the family in the days to come and hoping that Professor MacCormick's next adventure will be all he had hoped it would be.

I will long remember Mac's poise, wit and humor. I will continue to pray for him and his family. May God grant you the strength to move ever forward while remembering the past.

Lilli and family,
I am sorry to note Chalmers passing. He was a wonderful colleague and friend.I loved our conversations about faith and religion. We shared happy times with Father Hayes. He was a gifted teacher and mentor to so many Wells students.

Lilli & Family,

I have so many wonderful memories of playing in and around your house on Wells Road. "Mr. MacCormick" was in many of those. Our thoughts and prayers are with you now.
