To the family of the late Chamin Fernando, whom we loved and was glad to see whenever he would work at the jail. Fernando would always smile and speak and his smile and courteous disposition was always welcomed. May the peace and grace of God continue to bless and strengthen the family. Our hearts and prayers go out to Chamin's wife Lisa and his family in Sri Lanka.
Chamin was our neighbor in Sri Lanka and a dear friend of our family. He was a kind and generous young man, protective of his younger siblings and a hero in the neighborhood. He will be dearly missed.

This brings such sadness to hear of this sweet man's passing. Working with Chamin at the Mobile Press Register was truly uplifting each time he visited our office.
