Look to God, for he has promised that if he left, he would send the Holy Comforter. Chandra will truly be missed. To her children, hold on to the memories and one day the sadness will turn into joy.

To the Peggins family - Hold to God's unchanging hand. He will not give you more than you can bear. You all are in my prayers. Chan was a pleasant individual and an inspiration to be around. May her soul rest peacefully in heaven. May the Lord give you all strength to continue on.
