Not sure what to say?

I never realized until today that she passed on my birthday. Another close connection with her I now have. I can still remember Chanta's voice..deep, alittle coarse, snarky, but the smile brought it all together. Love you Chanta.

Still missing and thinking of you and your beautiful smile. RIP Chanta. I will always keep your memories close to my heart.

I miss you every day!

My deepest sympathy to the Winston and Rice Family. I have known Chanta for many years and she was a beautiful young lady. She will certainly be missed dearly by all who knew her. I will always remember her beautiful smile. Hold onto the good memories because they are truly a keepsakes forever. The Lord is a Great Comforter in times like these, lean and depend on him and he will carry you through. My continued blessings to her dear children Chloe and Christopher.

Joe and Marsha, As your neighbors for years, Chanta, to us, will always be a happy little girl in a white dress running through the yard. Accept our deepest sympathies and we hope it brings you peace to remember that God knows all things best.

Our deepest condolences to the Winston/Rice families. May Chanta find peace and comfort in God's loving arms.

I did not know Chanta but know many of her family members. I've read here and heard such beautiful words said about Chanta. My prayers go out to the Winston/Rice family and may her spirit live through her children

The Fallen Limb
A limb has fallen from the family tree.
I keep hearing a voice that says, "Grieve not for me.
Remember the best times, the laughter, the song.
The good life I lived while I was strong.
Continue my heritage, I'm counting on you.
Keep smiling and surely the sun will shine through.
My mind is at ease, my soul is at rest.
Remembering all, how I truly was blessed.
Continue traditions, no matter how small.
Go on with your life, don't worry about...

A pool party at the Winston's was the place to be back in the day! I remember having so much fun with Chanta and her family when we were young. I've known Chanta for almost 30 years and although we lost touch in our adulthood, there is a shared history between us that I cherish.

I will always remember you with love and affection Chanta. Rest in peace my friend.
