Not sure what to say?

I learned of Charleen's death only a few weeks ago, when I read a memorial notice for her in the Ann Arbor News. It seemed a wonderful tribute to her memory, that even after 6 years someone thought to remind us what a generous and compassionate friend and helper she was to so many people. As I read her obituary, the list of her accomplishments, and her community involvement left me awestruck. I am humbled to learn that one of my friends has been so especially honored.

On behalf of all of us who knew, and had the opportuity to enjoy working with, Charleen, our sincere condolences are extended to the family and friends of this very special person. Many of us will attend the rememberances and celebrations of her life as her contributions to improving our way of life continue to make a difference for all of us.
