She said I was her 11th birthday present. We shared 49 birthdays together. It is so difficult to think of a celebration without my sister.
She persevered through good times and tough times and faced lung cancer silently on her own. She lived on her own terms.
She is finally at peace and deserves an ever lasting paradise.

It is always sad to lose a family member. This is particularly impactful being that Charlene was our sister. She taught me how to tie my shoes (the wrong way), and sing a number of silly songs. Rest in peace big sister!!!
