Dear family,

Such a shock. Charlene was such a cheerful, and inspiring person. She would always ask how we were doing
and never complained about her problems. Her family was everything
to her: Kristen, Marc, Brittany and Ciara, her sister Helen.
She was a such an Angel.

I've worked with Charlene for almost 7 years at CSG. She endeared herself to me forever on my first day with her welcoming warmth. Her calm professionalism was an inspiration to me. I will miss her and all the flowers we had shared in the office. She was a woman to be proud of. My condolences to her family.
