Read MoreI'm very sorry to learn of Charlene's death. She was a dear friend. I respected her intelligence and determination. Her husband, Bernie, and my husband, Don, were both musicians, colleagues and golf partners. They shared many good times together. Charlene was a valued member of our book group. She will be very much missed. I wish her children comfort and pride in who she was.
