Not sure what to say?

My dear Kristie and Karyn, I just found out about the passing of your beloved mother. My family was stationed at Westover AFB in the early 60's and we lived in your grandparents' apartment building. We loved your family so much and Charlene was my hero! I am so sorry about the loss of your mother and father. You are all in my thoughts, prayers, and wishes. They will always be in my heart. Love, Mary (Jody) Pace

Sorry to hear of Charlene's passing. She not only graduated with me from Holyoke Catholic '66 but, was in the Holy rosary Ancient fife and Drum Corps with my deceased younger sister and the Roy family. Condolences to all Charlene's family. Annmarie J. (Bissonnette) Christian

I was extremely shocked when I read that Charlene had passed away! I had just visited her at her home and we had a very nice talk for a while just a few weeks ago. This wonderful lady was so very caring about all the students and staff at Chicopee's Lambert Lavoie Elementary School! It is still hard to believe that we no longer have her around. I feel very lucky to have known her and to know how much she was appreciated by everyone at Lambert Lavoie . When I did ask her if I could do...

I wanted to offer condolences to Charlene's family. We were classmates at Holyoke Catholic although I did not know her well. May she rest in peace and may her family find support and comfort in the happy memories which they shared.

I remember her well from high school, she was a lovely lady.

So sorry to hear that your mother passed away. She was a very nice person. We had so many laughs at Lambert Lavoie. With my deepest sympathy. Gerry Shaw

My heartfelt condolences to Kristie and Karyn. Charlene and I were best friends, we got married very young to our high school sweethearts and actually got married in the same day, Charlene in MA. and me in Italy. Charlene actually went to visit my mom in the hospital in her wedding gown the day we both got married because she knew my mom wasn't able to attend my wedding. We decided to follow our husband's while they served in the military. We even were Godparents to each other's children....

My deepest sympathies. I actually lived in her parents block in the flats in the early 70´s and I have so many memories. One being that Charlene and my sister both got married on the same day and year. And I always remember because it was my birthday. May she rest in peace

So sorry to hear of Charlene's passing. My sister Anita Roy Maloney were best friends in grammar school and high school. My thoughts and prayers are with her family.
