Charlene G. Elich

Charlene was a Loving Mom not only to her children but was a surrogate Mom to many of us kids in the Eastmoreland neighborhood we grew up in. These were the days when the kids were scattered across the neighborhood playing all day if Summer and after School during the year, and Charlene would ring the dinner bell that would resound across several blocks, and everyone knew it was time or near time for dinner. The Elich family became our neighbors in Happy Valley in the early 1980's until they moved in about year 2004. Charlene always had a smile and never seemed to busy to chat a bit out in the yard. She was one busy woman though. They were the best of neighbors and we had our share of laughs with them. Rest in peace. We send our sincere condolences. The Dundon family.
