I remember the name Charlene Hamilton being echoed in my home by my older siblings before I ever met her as Mrs. Charlene Hutchinson. I remember when we had the 2016 Class Reunion, I told a story that included my love for my elementary school teacher, Mrs. Hutchinson, her mother-in-law. Mrs. Hut was a great teacher and a fine lady. Ask anyone who went to Westwood High School who their favorite teacher was and the answer is always "Mrs. Hut". I have run into her over the years and she always remembered me and my family. She is dearly loved and will be dearly missed.
