Charlene J. Nichols

Charlene was such a pleasure to be around. Her smile and hugs would brighten my days at the park. She was a kindled spirit and the Lord has brought home a beautiful soul. I will always remember the day I gave her a watch and she was so joyful and she never wanted to take it off. She melted my heart so many times and she will have a place in my heart always.

My condolences to the Nichols and Jamison families on the loss of their loved one. I remember when my cousin Charlene first came to Muskegon from Memphis. She has always been a warm and beautiful woman whom I loved and it was reciprocated when we saw each other. I now live in Atlanta and will be unable to attend the services, but family just know that my prayers and thoughts are with you. I pray that God will keep and comfort you as you go forward. I grew up in Bethel Baptist Church in Fruitport and I loved talking to Charlene and watching her sign when she did special music. I recently took care of her when she was at McAuley and she was so relieved to have someone sign to her. She was such a beautiful person, I am sorry for your loss. But I know for sure she is up in Heaven singing.
