It was a pleasure knowing Charlene. Charlene I called my big sister. My mother the Late Elizabeth Joyce Allen loved her just like a daughter. What a joy to have known Charlene, a beautiful woman inside and out. I will always remember her for her radiant smile and her amazing courage and strength.
