Read MoreCharlene was a neighbor of mine when she lived in the Overlook Condo Community. I would often stop in just to say Hi! We would have delightful conversations, chatting and laughing together. She was definitely missed when she moved out of Overlook. I know now that she is at Peace in the arms of our Lord and Savior. Rest In Peace my friend Charlene.
