Not sure what to say?

I was truly saddened by Charlene's death. I only knew her for a short time, and had hoped for many more interesting and funny conversations. Seeing her at a gathering, would always make my time richer, knowing that the twinkle in her eye promised yet another good-humored exchange.
The picture shows the person, I had come to care for.

Dear Bob and kids, I was so sad to learn from Patsy and Nancy Lea of the death of Charlene. Carl and I have the nicest letter from her postmarked just after Christmas on December 30th. I, too am a first cousin, the eldest daughter of Hugh Hoover, Aunt Eula's brother. Charlene was always so pleasant and looked at the bright and funny side of everything whenever we were around her.

Dear Family, my heart is heavy with sorrow for the loss of Charlene. She was a gracious, wonderful lady and we will never forget her.

Aaron, Pam and family, I am so sorry about your loss. My prayers are with you.

Katie Baugh

We are so sorry for your loss. With deepest sympathy. Our thoughts are with your family.

I am so sorry to hear of Charlene's passing. Please accept my condolences. I know that only time can dull the pain of your grief; I grieve with you. I, too am a cousin, son of Laura Dale Bennett.

Charlene would have been surprised how often she was the focus of conversation in our home. She is an inspiration. Our jealousies of her garden, her cooking and hay bale tossing abilities run deep. We miss you so much. This place will not be the same without you.

So sorry to hear of Charlene's death. I am a cousin of her's who grew up in Mountain Park, OK. I'm Hugh Hoover's middle daughter. The last time I saw Charlene and only saw Bob once was the time they drove through Mountain Park to see Uncle Hugh and Aunt Mahala. I believe I was about 16 years old at that time. I always thought Charlene was "Miss Personality". She knew how to laugh and enjoy life so much. You all are in my prayers. God bless all of you and give you strength in facing...
