he called me mr. cleo cause i'm part owner in a bar called cleo's where skeeter would pass the time talking to miss arlene and the patrons, he always had an opinion about something and was never afraid to let you know how he felt. he was a good person to go fishing with and pass the time with. i don't know anyone who didn't like him. skeeter was one of a kind and i'll never forget him.
