Not sure what to say?

Will never forget Charlie. All the many good times we spent together with the Girl scouts. He always felt like family to me.

Always loved to go camping with him and the local girl Scouts. Have known Charlie for many years

As I said before, I enjoyed camping with him and family with my wifes' Girl Scout Troop many times. Mt newest Girlfriend didn't ever get to meet Charlie ,but did meet Geri, Brenda, Bonnie and John one time when we were on vacation. Sue enjoyed meeting them . Anyway, just want to send my respects again!

Charlie, as he was known to me was a very caring person. He always went camping with my wife's Girl Scout Troop. And always lent a helping hand with everything. He was definitely missed by me. He was my Pal, My Buddy. I always looked up to him.

Our deepest sympathy and fervent prayers for all of you of the Ackerman family there in Chesapeake, Virginia, at the homegoing of your husband, father and grandparent, whom we all knew as "Brother" when we were growing up. We know that he was a sincere member of Christ's family through faith and although now "absent from the body" he is "present with the Lord." All of us family members who share his faith in the Lord Jesus can look forward to being together with him when God calls us to...
