Not sure what to say?

Andy will be remembered as a dedicated veteren to all of us that knew him. He was a "Plank Owner" of VP65 from it's beginning. With a smile always on his face and a kind word to everyone, you will be missed. Fair winds and following seas ahead.

"Chuck" as you are known to me, I will miss seeing you and our talks of our Hawaii vacations. You will forever be in my heart and prayers.

It is a sad day. Andy was a wonderful man. I truly loved him. I knew Andy for my entire 21 years in the Navy. He taught me so much. Andy had a kindness about him that is hard to find. There is a void in my heart that will never be filled. I will dearly miss him as well as all my fellow VP-65 shipmates. I remenber going to the club with Andy and friends. He would hang longer than us younger sailors. He would be to work bright eyed and bushy tailed in the morning. God bless his sole. Fairs...

Andy, it has been an honor to serve with you as a fellow Trident. We will miss your sense of humor and dedication.

Thanks for your service Andy, It was the greatest pleasure serving with you. AWCS Pat Rigali, USN, Retired

I have had the honor and pleasure of
being on some cruises with Charles and friends(The Jabs, Nancy, etc.) He was always wonderful and willing to go places etc. I do and will miss him.

I have known "Andy" in the Navy for over 20 years, may he have fair winds behind him, calm seas in front of him, and may God be with him and his family always. Friends always

"Chuck" will be sadly missed... Watching Jeopardy is not the same without him... Bill
