ANDLER, Charles F. - Of Flint, age 56, died suddenly on Saturday, October 29, 2005. Visitation 5-8PM Tuesday, 12-7PM Wednesday at the Swartz Funeral Home, 1225 West Hill Road. A private Funeral Mass will be held. Burial in Rose Hill Cemetery in Eaton Rapids, Michigan. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Genesee County Humane Society. Chuck was born in Eaton Rapids, Michigan on June 12, 1949, the son of Christian and Beatrice (Pollard) Andler. Chuck graduated from Eaton Rapids High School and earned a bachelor's degree from Michigan State University. He was a Second Vice President of Investments/Financial Planning Specialist with Smith Barney for over 15 years. He co-owned Earthworks Florist in Flint Township. Chuck is survived by his mother, Beatrice Andler; daughters, Angela (Andrew) Mitchell and Emily (Marc) Gondek; grandsons, Daniel and Peter Mitchell; brothers, Phil and Herbert Andler; business partner and friend, Harvey Newton. Chuck was preceded in death by his father, Chris Andler; sister, Barbara Andler and grandmother, Laura McNett.

Chuck was invaluable in helping me to straighten out my mother's estate back in 1995. He was a friend when I was alone in Flint.My deepest sympathy to his family.

Chuck, we will miss you and your unique ability to make us laugh and smile. We have lost you as our financial advisor and good friend. Our hearts go out to everyone sadden by this great loss.
