I just found out about Chuck passing away. He was a wonderful man; I helped to work for him on his Mayoral campaign and considered him a friend. May he rest in peace and my condolences to Rosanne and family.

Chuck was such a great man; he was honest and sincere, and truly cared about people. Family meant everything to Chuck.
