Although it has been many years since I last saw Charlie I think of him often. I first met him 25 years ago at Norshipco, I was a 23 year old planner and Charlie was an old salty buyer, he scared me every time I had to call him. He taught me so much those early years. After working with for a few years, I learned what a nice man he was, he forced me to learn and now I am the Manager of the purchasing department he once work in.
