Not sure what to say?

I am deeply saddened to hear of Dr. Baker's passing. He was one of the most extraordinary mentors and teachers I had the privilege of knowing. The world is a smaller place without him. May his legacy help sustain you through this difficult time.

Dr. Baker was a wonderful educator and an extraordinary individual. He was one of my favorite Biology professors at BSU and I still use much of what I learned in his Parasitology class. May God's peace surround and comfort you.

Elizabeth and family - Patty and I are deeply sadden by your loss and send our prayers and sympathies to you and the girls and extended family. Dr. Baker was a fond friend and colleague at the university. His dedication and expertise were well known but it was his character that will be always remembered. We knew him to be an outstanding individual and true Christian and friend. We will miss him.

Dr Baker will be sorely missed. His Entomology Class changed my direction in life from a Botany career to one of Medical Entomology. So many great memories from those years. I am sure there are so many students like myself that owe so much due to his incredible guidance. My sincere sympathy to his family. His memory will live on.

Dr. Baker was not my official advisor at BSU, but he was most surely my mentor, and he was the sole reason I was able to turn the corner in my drastic degree change. I am deeply saddened to hear of his passing.

The family has my deepest sympathy on his passing, For many students like me he will never be forgotten and will always have my highest respect for the way he conducted himself and his...

Dr. Baker had a profound influence on me as a student at BSU. For over twenty years I would see Dr. Baker around the Boise area and he always remembered my name. What a brillian mind, and a kind, gentle person. My condolences to his family. Roberta (Bergstrom) Scott (Meridian, ID)

Our thoughts and prayers are with Dr. Baker's family; he has a special place in my undergrad biology days at BSU. His professionalism and quick wit made an impression on how I could conduct myself as an adult. May peace fill your hearts. Pam Denney Banning (West Linn, OR)

Dr. Baker (Charlie) was an amazing person, which is evident from the family and friends that always surrounded him. I will miss our days on the river and in the "chukar hills" of Idaho. Brian Smith (Blacksburg, VA)
