My sympathies to Charlie's family. I have fond memories of Charlie in my GE Rutland days back in the 80's. His kind ways have left a lasting impression on me.

I'm so sorry to learn of Charlie's passing. I knew his Mom, of course, as all of us who grew up in Wallingford before dial phones did. But I didn't come to know Charlie 'til 1995 when my son and I moved back to Wallingford for a year. Dan and Tim were in third grade and Cub Scouts together... Charlie was their assistant troop leader. He was a good man whose path I feel blessed to have crossed. My most sincere condolences to Diane and all his family.
