Dear Joy, Beth and CJ, So sorry to hear of Charlies passing. Our thought's and prayers are with each of you as you navigate this new normal. Praying you are surrounded by the love of family, friends and wonderful memories today and the days ahead Matt & Leslie Legge.

Joy and Charlie became our best friends in 1980 when they lived in Orleans, NY and we lived in Bradford, PA. We shared many laughs and memorable times together. Although we did not stay close in touch as we raised our children and welcomed grandchildren, they maintained a special place in our hearts. We are thankful to have reconnected last year through FaceTime. We send our prayers, best wishes, and love to Joy her children and grandchildren, and the Baker family. Richard & Phyllis Tunstall

I will miss Mr. Baker so much. Every time I'd pass him while driving, I'd stop and talk to him. He was such a light and always encouraging. I'm deeply sorry for your loss.

I will miss Charlie's competitive ways on the golf course and his good sense of humor. There are so many wonderful memories that we shared together throughout the years I have known him. He will missed. Brother Charlie, Rest In Peace in your eternal home.
