I am so sorry to read this. Charlie was one of, if not the largest influences on me for over 50 years. I spent my internship with ATF the summer of 1973. I learned so much not only on the job, but also how to treat people. I am a mason because of Charlie Balmer. I am in Consistory because of Charlie Balmer.
