Not sure what to say?

To the Barr family,
I first met Charles after hearing a radio interview in which he mentioned his love of old classical music LPs. I was looking for just such a person to give the bulk of my collection, and wrote him. He responded, and thus began what became a deep and rewarding friendship.
From time to time we would meet for coffee, then go to the parking lot, where I'm certain any observer would be suspicious of the clandestine transfer of boxes from one car to another.
What...

We will miss Charles' cheery "thank yous and short quips" each month. He was one of our first on-line rosin clients and always a delight! We know that the loss of a loved one is so hard to bear. We extend out deepest sympathy to his family and friends.

There are no words to express the feelings, but be comforted to know you raised a wonderful son and he truly inspired many persons to a better way of life by his example and hard work.

We would like to extend our deepest sympathies to the Barr family.Charles was a patient in our dental office. We enjoyed his visits immensely. He always had a smile on his face(and we were honored to take care of that smile), and a good story to tell.We particularly enjoyed when we introduced him to our oldest son, who was playing the trumpet in his Middle School band.Charles' enthusiasm, while talking about music, was contagious. We will miss him.

The only way to make it through heartbreak such as this is to take it one day at a time, moment by moment - that is how Charles would do it. May you find strength in that.

To all of the Barr family
Our condolences are with you in these trying time. The bonds of a family will live on in every thought and memory

I was a teacher of Loren Barr at the Cistercian Prep School -- I never knew Charles, but through Loren, I know Charles must have been a wonderfully talented young man. From all the extended family of monks, and priests, and brothers at the Cistercian Abbey in Irving, Texas, we send our prayers for the repose of the soul of Charles and for the spiritual consolation of the family. Requiescat in Pace!

No bond is as great as that between a parent and child. My deepest condolences are with you as you grieve.
