Rest in peace. He taught me a lot about baseball.

Char, so sorry to hear about your loss. I was away in Florida for my father in law's funeral and my mom told me on our way home. Please know you and your family are in my prayers.

The Basch family ...

I was so sorry to hear of Charlie's passing. I knew him as the brother of Larry, who worked with my father and who was one of my favorite people when I was growing up. Although I didn't see Charlie often, I remember thinking from the first time I met him what a nice person he was ... and I will always remember his wide grin and infectious laughter. My condolences to you all.
