Not sure what to say?

It was a great privilege and honor to work with Charlie during his CB days. Charlie was very smart, vibrant and insightful. But more importantly, he was a wonderful person, an illuminating unforgettable presence.

I loved talking to Charlie about teaching and about life. He picked you as his life partner, so we know he was a very wise man. He loved you so deeply and enjoyed being with you and taking you places. Truly a great guy.

Katie
Needless to say Charlie was a stand up man. If there were more Charlie Becker's in this world would have had peace years ago. My sincere condolences for your loss

Wow! What a great man and friend for so many you have been Charlie. How many times did you give an uplifting comment when someone needed a boost up? How many hours did you spend in service and teaching many who needed help? Even now you are teaching me to reach out to a friend in their final days here. Thanks Charlie. I say the words knowing you didn't ever care if those words came from someone you helped. Always an uplifting teacher and leader, we all thank you and your family for...

I'm so sorry to hear about Charlie. My thoughts are with you John, Elizabeth and Paul. Love, Anne

Katie, my heart just aches for you and your family. I am so very sorry. Charlie was such a lovely, kind and generous man. I hope your many, many wonderful and happy memories will be a comfort to you. Sending you, Paul, Elizabeth, John and Tricia strength and much love.

Katie,
You are in my thoughts and prayers. Bless you. Phyllis LaRue

What a dear sweet man. Katy you are in my thoughts and prayers along with your whole family.

Katy and Family,
We were so sad to hear about Charlie's passing. Have many fond memories of time spent together with you and Charlie when we were in Lawrence and our kids were young. And of course running with that wild and crazy tennis group. Charlie was a great sport and we will miss him, and the good old days. Our thoughts and prayers will be with you and the family especially on the 18th in dear old Trinity church.
