Not sure what to say?

I am sorry to hear, Chuck and Susie.

Charlie (and Norma) were great friends to my parents. I remember they shared many good times together in Portland, at the beach and at Black Butte. There was lots of laughter and high spirits. He was a good man.

I have great memories of Charlie. Always a gentleman with a big heart. He sold products to me in the early days, of Bi-Mart, in the 60's. Charlie had a gift of being cheerful and positive and was well admired by his peers. I was fortunate to have known Charlie...God Bless and take care of him...Dick & Debbie Stitz, Eugene, OR

Charlie isn't really gone - he lives on in his son: A well-dressed, well-worded joker who could sell coffee underneath the Monorail. And a nice guy to boot.

So many good memories of your family. My thoughts are with you.

Charlie was a great guy and was thought of highly of by his peers.
Charlie was active in the business mens club Pot & Kettle, a group of Factories Representatives in Toys, housewares and gifts

Sue, I don't seem to have a current email address for you so will send my condolences this way. Please know that I am thinking about you and your family.

My father and mother, Ed and Dorothy Niklas moved into Springridge about the same time that Charlie and Norma did. My father always spoke highly of Charlie and enjoyed his company very much. My mother is gone now and dad is in assisted living, but I will let him know that Charlie has passed. He will be very sad to hear the news.

Charlie was a great guy; always a funny story to tell & looked sharp even at the gym. Charlie & Norma were fine people & now together again in the hereafter. We'll miss them both. Doug & Chris Hanlon
