Not sure what to say?

My deepest sympathy to the Beers family upon the passing of my Father's best friend. (Perry Haines) Daddy often spoke of the wonderful memories and moments that the two spent together. Often my youngest son Matthew, was along. He is so saddened to hear this news. Heidi and Scott are also, as of course am I. May the love and peace of Jesus comfort you at this time. Joan (Haines) Farrell.

I was saddened with the loss of Charlie. He was a special friend of my Dad(Perry). When in Scotia, my husband, Joe, enjoyed coffee times with Charlie and Dad. Joe is with Dad and now Charlie has joined them. I can imagine them talking about old times and how to solve the world's problems. Judy, I went to school with you and feel your loss. My prayers are with you and your family.

so sorry to hear about Charlie,he was my grandfathers best friend and is now up in heaven with PERRY having coffee again.Charlie will always be remembered for his big balloon and how much he ment to my grandfather and my brother Matt and my family. May God help your family though the days ahead as they will be hard for everyone and Charlie will be dearly missed by everyone who has know him.

I am so sorry for your loss. I remember flying my balloon with Charlie from the lawn at his home. I am sorry that I will not be there for his funeral but will be out of town but you all will be in my thoughts and prayers.

Sorry for your loss. It's been many years since riding the school bus to old Scotia High School.

May God Bless you all at this time. We have many fond memories of Charlie. Our condolences go out to you all.

Judy, Rob and all, I have such a heavy heart at Charlie's passing. I know that he is at peace now and no longer tormented by the dreams of a patriot who expirienced so much in the defense of our country. I will miss my dear friend, and teacher.
I will hold dear the memories of our adventures, and conversations. Right this moment, so many visions come to mind but siting by the fire on the island stands out as does him sitting on the old Ford tractor as we bale the back fields... and...
