Charles Douglas Benn

Charlie Benn gave my first real, flying job, instructing at Woodbridge Airport (W22). That was around 1969. Although I didn't consider flying as "work," it was my pleasure to fly for Charlie for the next 18 years. I learned a great deal from this wonderful man. Charlie, I am REALLY going to miss you. You were the one who introduced me into aviation over 40 years ago. You taught me and encouraged me to be the quality of pilot that I am today.
