Not sure what to say?

I met Chaz through the writing group that met in a local bookstore, and just heard today of his passing. I am so sorry for your loss, poor words for such a great hole in your life. Chaz was a great teacher and a lovely man. He will be missed.

I am very sorry to hear of Chas passing. I remember him from high school, telling stories, followed up by that amazingly infectious laugh. Then in more recent times,he and my brother Dan became close and would have all of us laughing hysterically at their stories.
My sympathies to his family.

I am so very sorry to hear of Chas passing. He was so much fun that is how I will always remember him. He was blessed with a wonderful family. You made such a good couple. I wonder if he and Dan are sharing a few old stories now. We all had some fun times together. Love and sympathy, Karen Slaughter

My dad and I met Chas in 2009 or 2010 at a writing group in Florida. He then helped me start my own writing group. He also gave me many good tips about writing. I send heartfelt condolences to the family. Chas will be missed.

Chaz, my friend- you are walking on the beaches with angels, the staircase has been...

Sheila and kids, I am so sorry for this sorrow that has come into your lives. Although we haven't seen each other in many years, your family was always a fond thought away. Chas will always be remembered. He is simply unforgettable. Peace, love and light. Laurie Addyman Masters

We remember Chas as a kind and generous neighbor. Our thoughts and condolences are with you at this difficult time.

Had the wonderful opportunity to meet Chaz in one of his wonderful writing groups, he was a remarkable man. MY condolences.

Chaz Bennett was the best of the very best. He and I graduated from "The U" together. He had the greatest sense of humor...and a great laugh. We acted in plays together at Marywood and"The U." "Chazzo" will be missed, and never, ever, forgotten by those of us that were lucky to know him. He was both a talented poet, and a darn good playwright. (And a prankster.) God Bless his soul...He loved his family dearly. My heart goes out to his bride Sheila, his son, daughters, and grandchildren. I'll...
