OnJanuary 21, 2009,at about 7pm,my wife, Rhonda, and Istarted our drive to Florida to attend my mother's funeral. Three miles from Warren General Hospital I informed my wife I had pain in my arms and legs and was having trouble breathing. Three minutes later I was in front of the emergency room.I walked up to Dr. Bentzand collapsed in his arms.A helicopter was called and he commenced to trying to save my life. Two hours later, he informed the pilot that my only chancewas to fly me to Erie....

Dr. Bentz was a wonderful man. He was our family doctor for many years and a dear friend. Our prayers are for his family and his children.
