Not sure what to say?

He was truly a wonderful and giving man. He loved everyone and we all loved him. I feel so sad that he passed on and I wish so much I could talk to him today. He had wisdom and a wonderful sense of humor. We loved him in the Santa Clause role and he gave such happiness to so many people. Love you Bud

Not only was he my wonderful guidance councelor at high point... I used to babysit his kids... what a great man he was. Pat Stanton Wolf

There are no words to describe the sadness we are feeling at this time. My husband and I have been taking our children to see St. Nick for the past 20 years. We just heard the news of Mr. Berge's passing and want to offer our condolences to his family and friends. He was the only St. Nick our daughters have known. We cherish the annual photos over the 20 years Mr. Berge delighted our girls and countless other children of all ages. He was truly a gift from God. We are so sorry, he will be missed.

Sorry to hear about Charles from Lester Larry Keith Himmelwright

Sue and Family, I'm very sorry to learn of your fathers passing, my thoughts and prayers are with you all.

Mr Berge was a great science and PE teacher as well as an energetic three sport coach in his years at Blain Union HS in Perry County, PA. I much enjoyed his challenging classes and working as a manager on his teams as a middle schooler. He was a fine leader of young men during their formative years.

Reading of his life's journey in his obituary was inspiring in itself. He obviously touched many, many lives as a Christian role model who lived his faith.

Condolences to his family...
