Not sure what to say?

Fondly remembering my friend, Charlie, on the anniversary of his passing. Rest high on that mountain, and looking forward to seeing you at my Homecoming.

Rest. In peace to my life long friend. Miss you but will see you again!

Didn't know of Charlie's passing until
today and am so sorry I was not there
for his services. He was a dear friend,
and someone I always admired. I will
miss him and please know that he was
a friend to so many of us. Our time in
the KY Senate will always be one of
life's little pleasures for me. Benny
Ray Bailey, Hindman, KY.

My condolences to Joyce and the family in this difficult time and tremendous loss. Charlie was a sweetheart.

My memories of Charles were childhood memories. We grew up in Mary Helen. As children we played together. I left there when I was 17, but returned there for the Methodist Church reunions. He was faithful to be there. He helped my sister and I with some legal work in Middlesboro. He was very nice to our father, J.O. Robbins. My sincerest sympathy to his family. He was very kind to us when we needed help. So sorry to hear of his passing. Charles Mother was very special to me too.

My thoughts and prayers go out to each of you! Steve Shepherd

My sympathy to all of Charlie's family. Windel had many wonderful times spent with him and all of the "boys" from KY when they were in school at GTC, now Ga. Southern University. The visits from him afterwards were always very special. Sincerely, Jo Ann Marsh, Statesboro, GA

Charlie was one of my favorites and was a mentor to me.
