Chuck was ALWAYS available to lend an ear and offer his help even with his busy life. He took the time listen and offer sound advice from an open-minded perspective. He didn't sweat the small stuff. He always had a joke to tell and that laugh of his was one of a kind. He was a special man will certainly be dearly missed.
