My dad (Bill) was charlies new roommate at Elcor, they both moved into the room on the same day. I didnt get the pleasure to know him for very long, but when i had spoke to him, he was very kind and friendly. My children were just getting to know him and had made him easter eggs for easter. Our Dad, Albert Hulett, was Chuck's roommate at Elcor. Albert really enjoyed Chuck in his room and as a friend. Our Dad passed away Mar.31st. Chuck was a great guy and we are so thankful for his friendship to our Dad. He will be missed. Truly, the Hulett Family
