Darrell and Heidi,
I just wanted to say I am so sorry for the loss of your precious son. It has been a long time since I saw Charlie, but I remember how sweet he was when he was just a little boy. I cannot imagine losing my child but I do know that God's grace is sufficient for whatever we have to go through - Look to the Lord - I believe that Charlie made things right with God that night. And it is so good to know those of us who have also made things right will see him again!

Heidi, I work with Beth Berry and she has kept me updated on Charlie's accident and injuries and untimely death. I have your family on my church's prayer chain. I am praying for your comfort, strength, encouragement, and a restoration of joy that only Christ can give.
Connie Lester, RN
School Nurse

Heidi and Darrell, my mind goes back to football games and wrestling matches as we proudly watched our sons compete. As a mother, my heart aches, and I pray you will find much comfort with the many wonderful memories of Charlie. Our family is praying for you.

Heidi,
I met Charlie in 2004 while Kim Brown and I voluntered to feed the boys before the football games at SSHS, he was a fine young man. My heart aches for you and your Family.
May Gods good graces be with you and the Family in this time of need.
We hold our childrens hands for a little while but we have their Hearts forever.

Mother of Cody Cox

Charlie was a great person and he will always be loved and missed!! Charlie will always have a place in my heart forever!!!

Our thoughts and prayers are with you all. Charlie was a very special person and he will truely be missed. He would come to our home and make us laugh and now we sit here and cry. It's so hard to let go, but we have so many memories to hold on to. Heidi & Darrell I had never had the chance to meet you all, but Charlie spoke so highly of the both of you. I felt like i had known you forever. My heart goes out to you all!
