Not sure what to say?

My name is Matt LaBorde - I went to spring hill from 2010-2014 and I met Charlie one day in the library. He was fiddling with something on the computer and I offered to help. This sparked a friendship that started my junior year. Every week we would meet in the library and do some computer tutorials and we would go have lunch in the cafeteria. Of course I got to know Charlie's history really well and he told me all about his time in the FBI and some of the cases he worked on. He later helped...

Charlie´s mom Mae & Dad Charlie were neighbors on Stratford Rd to my grandmother, Jane Mulqueen. The Boyle family were well respected and loved in our community. Charlie moved away when I was little so I didn´t really know him, but I know his parents were so proud of him. His FBI career was a bragging point. They adored all their children. Rest in peace Charlie. I know that they were waiting for you at St Peter´s side.

Good memories of enjoyable conversations with Charlie when I visited at Kirkwood. Such a kind man with a deep and enduring faith. Some people we meet continue to inspire us long after they are gone from us - Charlie is one of those!

I will always remember Charlie's smile and good nature. He is missed in the SHC group.

Such a beautiful service, a beautiful tribute, and a beautiful family. Meeting your dad was huge for me, and it was just so lovely to embrace this entire family. So glad I was able to come.

Losing a father is very difficult and leaves a big hole in your hearts. I will have a mass said for Charlie. He enriched the lives of his fellow students at Spring Hill and will be missed.

Charlie was a bright light at Spring Hill and then later at reunions. His smile and happy demeanor were always welcome.

The only honest FBI Agent I ever knew. A good man. Requiescat in pace Charlie!

Have so many great memories of going to several Spring Hill College basketball games with Charlie! What an amazing and exceptional man he was! He was such a joy to be around and a devout Catholic as well. May God welcome Charlie home and into his arms in Heaven! We will love and miss you Charlie! Tom and Pam McMahon
