We thought of Charlie when the Blue Angels flew over our house yesterday. Holding Charlie in our hearts.

We will always remember Charlie! The memory of Charlie continues to be a bright place in our lives.

Today, Veterans Day, we remember dear Charlie and thank him for his service. May the angels in heaven hold him in their arms.

Charlie made a real and positive impact on the world and on our family. ahe will always be remembered, and remain in our thoughts.

How lucky we were when Charlie came into our lives! Charlie was a good and honest man, with a brilliant mind and a unique outlook on the world. He is missed, and he will always be remembered.

Recently learned of Charley's passing. Served with him for 4 years at Kansas State Uni. in Aerospace Studies 1964-1967. Remembering our good times together.

I just learned of Charles' death, and I am greatly saddened. He was a profound scholar who made a major contribution to the study of aviation history, and his works have had a lasting impact on the field. Truly, he is, and will be, missed.

We're missing Charlie very much. He was such a brilliant man who loved his family and friends. Always in quest of knowledge, he asked questions and listened to the answers. What will we do without him?
